“Did you know that senior year is suppose to be the best time of your life, did you know that?” said Spencer. “Yeah only if you survive it,” said Emily.
With shocking revelations and over coming constant hurdles of obstacles in “Face Time” the fourth episode of Pretty Little Liars we find a new suspect in WIlden’s murder. With Melissa being back in Rosewood it has left the girls on high alert since they found Melissa’s face mold. We can all agree after this episode that Melissa is guilty of something more than just being a cold-hearted snob.
After Spencer and Aria set up Melissa to find her face mold in her suitcase we piece together some valuable information. Melissa goes to see the creepy maker Hector and Spencer and Aria follow her. Hector apparently kept Alison’s face mold and made endless copies. Spencer catches Melissa red handed breaking Alison’s face molds and throwing them in the water. Melissa went to Hector to see when Alison’s face mask was made because like the liars she has her doubts about Alison’s death.
Melissa tells Spencer that Wilden was the one who tried to kill Spencer and Aria. She also tells Spencer that she and other people unknowingly helped Wilden to hurt the girls. Melissa also revealed that Wilden was being controlled by someone else, which confirms ‘A’ involvement. Melissa becomes a suspect in Wilden’s murder as she hesitates to answer Spencer’s questions. It makes you wonder if that is the reason why Melissa is deciding to go to San Francisco or London for an internship’. What is Melissa running from?
With the jaw dropping revelations of Melissa’s alleged involvement in Wilden’s murder does this take Hanna’s mom off the suspect list? Hanna is still worried about her mother and is starting to believe that her mom was involved. The detectives go to the bank and Hanna’s mom opens Wilden’s safe deposit box. Inside is a lot of cash, two passports and a gun with the serial number scraped off. Suspicious much? Caleb comes to the rescue numerous times when the relentless detectives confront Hanna.
After seeing Malcom (Ezra’s son) Aria and Jake come to a screeching halt as she opens up about her relationship with Ezra. Jake tells Aria ”You’ve gotta figure out if you’re hurt or you’re injured” in relation to her breakup with Ezra. Aria is confused and still wounded but Jake makes her realize that she can’t move forward with him is she’s still has feelings for Ezra.
Emily is still being tormented with family services breathing down her family’s neck. Her dad finally comes home from the army base and her parents work on trying to figure out what Emily is hiding. Emily’s doctor that she might need surgery and that she may no longer be able to swim. Her whole life crumbles down at the thought of no longer being able to swim.
Toby goes on his quest to find answers about his mother’s death. He goes to Saratoga Springs to talk to his mother’s doctor. It’s evident that the doctor is not in the right mind as he is no longer in practice but a patient in the facility. The doctor leaves Toby with a lead. In his rambling the doctor tells Toby to stay away from “that blonde girl” who bothered his mom at Radley. Could that blonde girl be no other than the infamous mean girl Alison?
The episode ends with ‘A’ gluing Alison’s face molds that Melissa was breaking. I can’t wait to see what ‘A’ has up her sleeves tune in next Tuesday at 8pm on ABC Family.
