Media beware; Amanda Bynes is sending her lawyer to eliminate all false stories on the internet about her.
Bynes took issue after Complex magazine posted a video of Bynes dancing down Eighth Avenue in New York City. The video, taken by Instagram user MicNYC, captioned the video, “YES, GIRL!!! THAT IS THE LEGENDARY AMANDA BYNES WALKING DOWN THE STREET.“
In the video and photo posted Bynes is seen sporting the same sweat outfit she wore to court the previous day, only this time she is sans blue wig.
However, Bynes denies that the person in the video is actually her. “That Is Not Me! I'm Suing Complex Magazine To Take That Article Down! Someone Is Posing As Me And Didn't Show Their Face! Ew Complex Mag!” she tweeted Wednesday.
Coincidentally enough, the non-Amanda person in the picture has the exact same tattoo on the right wrist as the former Nickelodeon starlet.
The following evening Bynes wrote, “My lawyer will have every fake story about me removed from the internet.”
According to Complex Magazine, Bynes retweeted the link the video. See Bynes, (or not according to her), rocking out on Eighth Avenue in the video below.
