Amanda Bynes is back in court on Tuesday and she chose to wear an all-black outfit with a green wig. She’s due in court for her reckless endangerment and attempted tampering with physical evidence charges stemming from the May incident in which she allegedly threw a bong out of New York City apartment window.
It all started when officials were called to notify the building that Bynes, 27, was smoking marijuana in the lobby. When police showed up, officers say they entered the apartment to a cloud of marijuana smoke and the Easy A actress threw the bong out of the window in front of them, USA Today reports.
Bynes wore a black tank top, sweatpants and sneakers to the court this morning.
TMZ reports she’s in court to fight the charges against her, as she has denied any wrongdoing since it occurred and she even accused her arresting officer of slapping her vagina in the process. She’s claiming they entered her apartment illegally.
Bynes didn’t speak in court and it has been extended to August 26.
