Amanda Bynes will not be charged for setting fire to a Thousand Oaks resident’s driveway.

The incident, which occurred Monday, sent the former Nickelodeon actress into psychiatric watch for 72 hours after police deemed her a harm to herself and others. At the time of her arrest Bynes was seen holding a small red gas can. She was arrested and placed on a 5150 hold. The resident was unaware of the fire in her driveway at the time.

According to TMZ, prosecutors will not charge the former What I Like About You actress for setting the blaze as they say it was associated with a mental illness. Bynes’ parents, who the actress has frequently slammed on Twitter, are said to seek conservatorship over her assets a la Britney Spears.

Byne’s behavior has only worsened over the last year. Following a series of car accidents in California, an arrest in New York City, claiming the NYPD sexually harassed her as well as a series of odd tweets slamming the like of Rihanna, President Obama, Drake and boasting about plastic surgery. An official diagnosis has not been released as of yet.
