This week on America’s Got Talent, auditions continue in to Los Angeles, New York, and New Orleans. As the judges set themselves up, Howie is very late. The auditions have to start without him. First up is Los Angeles and the first contestant is is Olivia Rox and she is 14-years-old. Her talent is singing and she does it acoustically with a guitar. She sings Justin Bieber’s "As long As You Love Me," with a twist. She makes the song her own and does a great job. Mel B gave her some advice as to how to control her voice but loved Olivia regardless. Heidi thought her voice was beautiful and Howard thought she was amazing too. They all gave her yeses and send Olivia to Las Vegas. After this amazing girl we are given a silly talent. A guy named Ronald claimed he could throw plungers at people and have them stick to them. He failed miserably, and was given a no. The silliness continues an older man comes out and says he used to be a male stripper. He’s probably about 75 and has a belly and glasses, and just doesn’t seem to have ever been a stripper. He starts rapping and he is given the X. The judges tease that if Howie were present he would love the plungers and the 75-year-old rapper. However, Howie finally shows up and the auditions continue.

A group of three men come up and they are a musical group called Tummy Talk. After they introduce themselves a fourth man comes on stage, and takes off his jacket. This man is larger and his stomach is out. They start patting him, making him a drum almost. They did a good job, musically but it’s still weird with the half naked man. Howie asks if they could do that to any person. They want to see if they could do that on Nick. Nick steps out and takes off his jacket, shirt and tie and they start patting him too and it does work on other people. Heidi liked it and gives them a yes. Howard gives them a no. Howie says yes as well. Pressure is on Mel B to give them their final yes. She gives it to them and tells them to make sure it’s good next time. We will see them again in Vegas. Three more acts are sent to Vegas. One of them is Fresh faces and they are a group of 5-year-old girls who dance. Then, a man named Jim performs who is a celebrity impressionist. They give him a celeb and he does the voices and even the face gestures. Lastly, there is a young man who does extreme break dancing. He places a sword inside his mouth and simultaneously break dances. The sword remains inside his mouth throughout the dancing.

Next up is a group called Sensation. They are a 3D video mapping group with dance, video, and projection. It is something completely different. Lights are projected into three boxes they have on stage and that is their prop. Howard sees great potential and would like to see more dancing. Heidi said she was a little bored. Mel B said she sees the potential and wants to see more. Mel B and Howard give them a yes. Heidi gives them a no. Howie tells them they are going to Vegas.

First up in New Orleans auditions are a boy and girl who dance. Heidi asks them what will they do with a million dollars and the girl says she will give some to poor people around the world and the boy says he will save some for college. They did a jazz and samba routine. They were so good and talented. They danced like adults. Heidi said she cannot believe the way they can shake their hips. Mel B said she was a little speechless at how amazing they are. Howie asks them how long they have been dancing together and they said since they were three. Howard thinks they have great personality. The judges give them a yes! To Vegas they go. Howard adds that he was a dancing instructor straight out of college. So Heidi asks him to dance with her. They get up and do a little dancing, then Mel B and Howie give them an X. It’s all fun and games with these judges. Following this was Jimmy Rose; he is a marine veteran and his talent is singing. He sang an original song which is always dangerous because people cannot relate to it. However, this song, seemed as if it can be in the Country Top 10 Charts. It’s a well written and well performed song. Howie first of all thanks him for his service and thinks he’s great. Howard called it a damn good song and said he could easily picture his song on the radio. They all say yes and welcome him to Vegas.

The next contestant is an older man and he goes by the name of Captain Explosion. He takes everyone outside because the fire department will not let him do this indoors. This man climbs inside a card board box wearing a helmet and his regular clothing. The explosion was big and loud and yet he was alright. Howard thought there needs to be more danger. Howie disagreed and thought he was dangerous enough. Mel B thought the noise was frightening but visually it wasn’t great. Howard gives him a no, Howie a yes, Heidi says no and Mel B gives him a no as well. Following this explosive act was an 11-year-old girl named Chloe, who sings. She won everyone over; she is adorable and talented. She definitely has a star quality to her. Mel B told her she can really sing. Howie said she definitely has a career ahead of her. Howard thought she was terrific. Heidi thinks it’s about time for a child to win the competition. They all give her a yes! And we will see her in Vegas.

First up in the New York auditions is Megan and she is a belly dancing and contortionist. She is all about good vibes and happiness. She claims Howard has a pure heart. That caused a roar of laughter in the audience. Her audition came out somewhat comical and it just did not work. No one could take her seriously. Then more untalented auditions continued from a bad creepy puppet to ice sculpting and a woman mimicking a horse.
212 Green is a band from Harlem New York and they will be performing for the judges. They sang "Rumor Has It" by Adelle. This is an iconic song so for them to sing it is a big deal. They did a great job doing so by creating it into practically a new song. Heidi said she loved it and was captivated the whole time. Howie says he thinks they have a career and was an amazing performance. Mel B said she loves them. They all give them a yes!

At the end of the show we are usually treated for a talented act, not tonight. Al Harris is a correctional officer with a few jokes. This guy had bad jokes all over the place. Even when the judges gave him four x’s , he kept going. Even though the night did not end so great, we still had some really great acts to look forward to in Las Vegas.
