Anna Torv has quickly found her first gig since Fox’s sci-fi series Fringe ended last season. The Australian actress has signed on to star in HBO’s Ryan Murphy pilot Open, along with Jennifer Jason Leigh.

Torv will play yoga instructor Windsor, who is in a long-term relationship with actress Holly, played by Leigh, at the start of the series, notes The Hollywood Reporter. That relationship will be tested when she meets Grace, who is married to sports agent Jonathan, played by Scott Speedman. Murphy hasn’t found an actress for the role of Grace.

According to TheWrap, Open’s pilot will be written by Murphy and co-executive producer Lauren Gussis (Dexter). Ryan Murphy Television and 20th Century Fox TV’s Fox 21 are producing the pilot, which will also star Wes Bentley. HBO has described Open as an ensemble series that covers sexuality and intimacy of the modern relationship.

Murphy is currently producing the HBO movie adaptation of The Normal Heart and his FX series American Horror Story and Fox’s Glee are still on air. Glee returns for a fifth season in September.

This will be Torv’s first TV gig since Fringe ended. As for Leigh, she recently appeared in Weeds and Revenge.
