Baseball Wives star Anna Benson has been arrested in Georgia on Monday morning for allegedly breaking into her estrange husband, Kris Benson’s home with a gun.
Anna wore a bulletproof vest as she carried both a gun and a medal baton inside his apartment on Sunday evening, reportedly enraged that the court ordered her to leave the home they shared together.
TMZ cites law enforcement sources saying that Kris said Anna demanded money from him when she pulled the gun out. He told her he would be going to get the money, but left and called the cops on her.
Anna was arrested on 2 counts of felony aggravated assault with a weapon, 1 count of criminal trespass, and a count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
Last summer, Kris filed for divorce when she claimed he had been cheating on her with a good friend. She told Fox at the time, “Kris was my whole life. And he left me for someone else and he just abandoned us. I’m scared and I just don’t know what I’m going to do or how I’m going to take care of these kids.”
They have three children together.
