As Bethenny Frankel gears up to launch her nationwide talk show Bethenny this fall, the divorce and custody battle with estranged husband Jason Hoppy rages on.
The former couple and Bethenny Ever After stars are fighting over custody arrangements for their daughter Bryn, their living arrangements and more. They’re still living together in their New York City apartment despite being separated for months.
“Bethenny just can’t believe Jason isn’t granting her sole custody of Bryn,” a source told RadarOnline. The fact that she’s giving him a hard time “enrages” Hoppy, the insider added. “Jason told Bethenny she was going to have a very hard time explaining her actions to Bryn when she is old enough to grasp what happened when her parents divorced.”
Frankel also reportedly “flew off the handle” when her estranged husband told her “Bryn wasn’t going to want anything to do with her mother when she gets older.”
Huffington Post reports that Frankel is being accused of badmouthing Hoppy in front of their daughter, calling him “trash.”
Frankel and Hoppy announced their divorce in December after almost three years of marriage. She has said in an interview with People that marrying Hoppy was a “mistake” and she should’ve listened to her gut.
