Catherine Zeta-Jones made her first red carpet appearance since wrapping up another stint in a treatment center for help controlling her Bipolar II disorder, which she revealed publicly in 2011.

Zeta-Jones, 43, stunned in a black low-cut dress that fit her slim body like a glove. She posed by herself, with fans and with Red 2 co-stars including Bruce Willis, Helen Mirren, Mary-Louise Parker and John Malkovich.

The premiere of the film took place in Westwood, Calif., People reports.

Back in 2011 Michael Douglas’ wife first announced she would be seeking treatment for Bipolar II disorder, her rep said in a statement, “After dealing with the stress of the past year, Catherine made the decision to check in to a mental health facility for a brief stay to treat her Bipolar II disorder. She's feeling great and looking forward to starting work this week on her two upcoming films."

She went back to a treatment center in April of this year, with her rep saying “she is committed to periodic care in order to manage her health in an optimum manner.”

Douglas said in May at the Cannes Film Festival, “She's doing a really good job of getting balanced. I'm proud of her."
