CBS’ Under The Dome continued to draw impressive numbers for a summer show on Monday night, but its ratings still took a fall from its premiere last week. The adaptation of Stephen King’s novel easily beat NBC’s Siberia, which started last night.
CBS won the night with 7.08 million viewers and a 1.8 18-49 rating, notes HitFix. After sitcom repeats for two hours, Under The Dome aired at 10 p.m., drawing 11.52 million viewers and a 2.8 18-49 rating. A drop was expected and it fell 15 percent from last week. ABC came in second with 5.46 million viewers and a 1.6 18-49 rating on the night. According to The Wrap, The Bachelorette scored 6.3 million viewers and a 1.8 18-49 rating, down 10 percent from last week. Mistresses had 3.8 million viewers and a 1.1 18-49 rating.
NBC had just 4.4 million viewers and a 1.5 18-49 rating. American Ninja Warrior kicked off its new season with 4.9 million viewers and a 1.7 18-49 rating. Siberia mustered just 3.2 million viewers and a 1.1 18-49 rating. At least it was better than previous shows NBC has premiered this summer.
Fox had 1.6 million viewers and a 0.6 18-49 rating for sitcom repeats. The Goodwin Games did manage 1.5 million viewers and a 0.6 18-49 rating.
