Lindsay Lohan might’ve left Cliffside Malibu on Tuesday night, completing her 90-day rehab sentence, but the CEO and founder Richard Taite thinks she still needs treatment or a relapse is almost guaranteed.

Taite wrote a letter to the judge in Lohan’s probation case saying that he recommends she attend 50-minute sessions three times a week for the next 16 months or she’s “set up for almost certain failure.”

The letter, obtained by TMZ, reads "If these sessions are not required by the court and attendance verified once a month to ensure accountability, it is a set up for almost certain failure."

The judge has agreed to Taite’s request, and a year from this November she will have to prove she complied with the order.

As we previously reported, Lohan left rehab on Tuesday night despite rumors she would extend her stay.

The Mean Girls actress will guest host Chelsea Lately on Monday. Her film The Canyons comes out this Friday.
