Co-hosts of the popular talk show The View, Whoopi Goldberg and Barbara Walters, got in small disagreement during Tuesday’s show about coverage of the royal baby. This has brought other members of the show to share that the two of them do not seem to get along, though Goldberg fiercely denies these allegations.

Goldberg mentioned on air that she personally did not care about the royal baby, George Alexander Louis, who has been the center of media attention since his birth. Goldberg criticized and openly disagreed with people who cared greatly about the birth, one of those people being co-host Walters.

“I would really like to talk about tonight. Whoopi will not be watching, but we hope you will, and we hope there are a lot of people who give a damn, because we’ve worked hard on this,” Walters said, NY Daily News reports.

Goldberg allegedly made a face at someone off stage as Walters said this, and then walked off stage ranting and complaining about Walters after the show ended.

According to Huffington Post, Goldberg then angrily denied that she ever said anything about Walters, claiming they have a good relationship.

Radio personality Howard Stern even mentioned on his satellite radio show that when he visited The View, he got the vibe that the two were not very fond of each other.
