Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have a lot of money, and are notorious for spending it lavishly, but could the couple really have dropped $750,000 on gold toilets?

Earlier this week, The Sun reported that Kimye was decorating their $11 million Bel Air mansion with golden toilets, six special-order beds, and a bejeweled Swarovski crystal refrigerator, all interior design staples.

The beds, totaling $444,000, would come from a company that supplies London’s exclusive Savoy Hotel. The limited-edition mattress, called the Savoir Royal Bed, is made from cashmere, lamb’s wool, and horsehair. The beds were created in celebration of Queen Elizabeth’s Diamond Jubilee, and only 60 are in existence, according to The Daily Mail .

“They expect the interior to cost twice as much as the property,” an alleged source told the British tabloid. “They’re spending more than a million on a security system alone.”

While this gossip likely would not come as a surprise to the average Kimye follower, as the couple have splurged on expensive, unobtainable items in the past, this rumor is reportedly untrue. Gossip Cop says a source revealed exclusively to their website that gold latrines are not in the couples’ design scheme, stating simply that the report is “not true.”

Though this buzz is unfortunately false, the mental image of Kardashian and West potty-training baby girl North on a solid-gold toilet is worth every penny of the alleged $750,000.
