DJ Khaled proposes to Nicki Minaj with $500,000 ring (Video)

DJ Khaled has popped the question to “Super Bass” rapper Nicki Minaj in a very public way, by offering her a 10-karat ring in a video he posted

The YMCMB star made the video from MTV’s studios in New York City, telling the former American Idol host that he loves her and wants to marry her.

"Nicki Minaj, I'm at MTV. I love you. I like you. I want you. I want you to be mine. I'm here at MTV because it's a worldwide network," he said, E! Online reports. "Only reason I'm not telling you this face to face is because I understand that you're busy. Ima be honest with you, I wanna marry you."

Khaled got the ring at Rafaello & Co. and it’s worth $500,000.

“We got the same symptoms, we're both suffering from success," he said before saying he knows she might need time to think about an answer.

"[If] you gotta take your time and think about it, I overstand, but I know I have to be here today to let you know how serious I am and how serious this is to me,” he said.

She did retweet the proposal, but no word yet on an answer.
