Emma Roberts was arrested in Montreal after getting into an altercation with boyfriend, Evan Peters, leaving him with a bloody nose.
USAToday reports that someone called the police to the hotel room where Roberts, 22, and Peters, 26, were staying. Upon arrival, police noticed Peters' bloody nose and and arrested Roberts. Law enforcement also reported that Peters had a bite mark. He stars in American Horror Story, and the in-production, X-Men: Days of Future Past.
The former Nickelodeon star was taken into custody but released a few hours later. She is the daughter of Eric Roberts and niece of Julia Roberts.
TMZ reports Roberts was released hours later because Peters did not want to press charges. The couple was recently seen at the Lone Ranger premiere. They are reportedly back together and working on American Horror Story.
Roberts stars in the upcoming comedy, We're the Millers, in theaters Aug. 7, alongside Jennifer Aniston and Jason Sudeikis.
