We open on Jared and Peter at a minor league baseball game with a client, Mike, who owns one of the teams playing, the Stars. A spectator is heckling the team and Mike tells the guys that he's been a problem. Then, Peter catches a foul ball. The heckler continues to bug the players, one of which, Wiz, says that he'll shut him up if no one else will. The checkers is then happy when the Stars lose the game. Peter takes a video with his phone of the heckler in action. The guys and Mike then go talk to the heckler, who says that he has rights. Mike then has the heckler removed from the stadium as the heckler professes than "they aren't done."

In the firm's elevator, Peter tells Jared that Charlie has another interview with the San Francisco job she was offered. Jared tells Peter to tell Charlie not to take it. He says that he can't ask her to stay. The guy in the elevator with them sympathized with Peter's situation. It turns out the guy is Hugh, Rachel's older brother and the guys like him immediately. Peter then tells Jared that they're needed back at the stadium by Mandy, the Stars' announcer.

Hugh then tells Rachel that he purchased some pricey bull semen but isn't happy with the calves it produced. He then says that the people he bought the send n from say that he inseminated the cows incorrectly and they aren't at fault. Rachel reluctantly takes the case.

The guys go to talk to Mandy at the stadium. She tells them that she thinks one of the Stars' players, Zach, is ready for the major league, but has been in a slump since the heckler started showing up at games. She tells them that he parked his RV during the fence during the second doubleheader game and thinks he might be a stalker since he even parked outside Zach's house and blasted really loud music.

The guys go and confront the heckler, Teddy, and ask him to stop harassing Zach. He refuses and says it's because he's a fan of the Stars' archrivals, the Mongooses.

Damien runs into Judge Dinsdale, who he's hoping to replace, at the courthouse. Dinsdale asks Damien to be a fourth with him and Stanton at a charity event. Damien says he'd be happy to help a charity but Dinsdale says that it's more about his golf game, which is about to become very important to him and it should be important to Damien as well (hint hint.) Dinsdale then asks Damien to meet him on the range later so they could practice together. Damien says that he will be there.

At the firm, Stanton asks the guys how the heckler case is going. They ask him to help them get an injunction on Teddy and his RV. He agrees to help them. They also want Carmen to dig into Teddy’s past.

Charlie drops by to see Peter but only to return an action figure that Tess borrowed from Pindar. She then asks him to prune a branch of the Loquat tree on his property because potential buyers for her house have been complaining that they’ve been stepping on the fruit it’s been dropping and it’s ruining their shoes.

Due to testimony that the bull semen was stored correctly, the motion to dismiss Hugh’s case is denied and the judge wants the rest of the semen he has to be tested.

Stanton explains to the judge why his client, Zach, is asking for an injunction against Teddy, the heckler. Suddenly, the guys begin heckling Teddy's lawyer and the judge himself from outside the courtroom. Stanton then professes that the heckling should be stopped because he can't concentrate...just like Zach can't concentrate when Teddy heckles him at games. But, the judge says that the guys' heckling, while annoying, isn't distracting him from his job and denies Stanton's request for an injunction.

Dinsdale and Damien are out on the range as Dinsdale criticizes Damien's golf swing. Then, Dinsdale tells Damien that he wants to best his rival, Milikin, more than he wants to improve his game for his retirement. Damien gets even more frustrated as Dinsdale continues to criticize his golfing technique.

Peter can't believe they lost getting the injunction as Carmen arrives and tells them that Teddy is really bad stand-up comedian, who plays open mic nights at local comedy clubs and that his day job is at Petmax, a chain pet supply store. Jared then wonders how Teddy can afford his RV. Carmen says that she found out that it was paid for in cash and that he doesn't seem to know much about it. Jared thinks it was bought for him so he would heckle Zach. Peter thinks they should ask the Mongooses' biggest fan...Charlie.

Peter calls Charlie, who then breaks up with him over the phone. After he hangs up, Jared comes in and says they need to go back to the stadium. Peter tells Jared that Charlie just broke up with him. Jared asks Peter if he's okay. He says that he is but he's clearly not as they head for the stadium.

Rachel tells Hugh that the semen he bought want contaminated, it just didn't come from a champion bull like the company said it did. Hugh assumes that the company will pay but Rachel tells him that they're "sticking to their guns."

At the stadium, Mandy tells the guys that she doesn't think another team would pay Teddy to heckle the Stars'. Jared then sees Zach going after Teddy with a baseball bat and then vandalizing his RV. Teddy is loving every minute of it.

At the police station, Zach tells the guys that Teddy calling him "Fat" was the last straw. But, Teddy doesn't want to press charges so Zach is free to go, but he's been suspended for the rest of the season. Plus, he tells the guys that he's running out of chances to play in the majors but Peter tells him not to give up.

Rachel tells Hugh that she thinks he switched the champion bull semen with semen from a lesser bull, sold it to someone else then tried to make money “at both ends.” Hugh denies everything and then he then threatens to tell everyone at the firm about a cheating scandal she was involved in back in their hometown when she was a teenager and then she, in turn, threatens to screw him over in court.

The guys ask Mike, the Stars’ owner to give Zach one more chance but he says that “the big club already called for a closer and they had already asked for, Wiz, Zach’s teammate, who was given a half a million by the major league team when he signed. Peter calls him a "bonus baby" and the guys wonder if Wiz bought Teddy the RV in exchange for heckling Zach.

At the stadium, Peter tells Jared that maybe he should just let Charlie move on. Jared reminds him that he’s a romantic that writes love songs so Peter decides to write a love song for Charlie. The guys then confront Wiz about the fact Teddy called Zach the “cupcake queen,” something only the other players knew about. Wiz tells the guys that he doesn’t know how Teddy knew about Zach’s “cupcake secret” then leaves. The guys then think Wiz is definitely the one paying Teddy to heckle Zach but they have to prove it.

The guys ask Carmen to find a link between Wiz and Teddy, so they can prove that Wiz hired Teddy to harass Zach and that’s conspiracy then Mike could reinstate Zach. Jared then notices that Teddy's heckling video has two million views on YouTube and he’s cashing in on the situation to get famous. Peter then remembers that Mandy said that Wiz likes to be interviewed and thinks he’d talk to her about how well he’s been doing.

Rachel calls Hugh to the stand. He's not happy about it, given Rachel told him that she didn't think he'd do well in front of a jury. Rachel then tells a story about her childhood in a pageant when she cheated to win. This leads to her asking him if "someone didn't play by the rules." She then says that the company who sold Hugh the bull semen didn’t file the “chain-of-custody papers” confirming the delivery of the champion bull’s sperm until two days after the sale. The judge sees Rachel’s point though the opposing counsel calls it a “technicality.” The judge then orders Rachel to track down the girl she cheated on in the pageant and apologize. Rachel tells the judge that she already did.

Peter ends up suing Charlie because she chopped down his Loquat tree. In court they begin discussing their relationship and it seems like she wants to resume the relationship but does say that Tess comes first and she needs some time. Then, they start kissing.

On the green before the golf game, Dinsdale wants to bet that he can beat Stanton. If he wins, Stanton stops telling his “tall tales.” Stanton agrees and says that if he beats Dinsdale, he must retire from the bench. Dinsdale agrees.

The guys talk to Mandy on the phone, who is interviewing Wiz in 45 minutes. Then, the guys bring Teddy into their office. He tells them he finally has a hook, material he can use that will be better at the comedy clubs. “Hey, it worked for Larry the Cable Guy,” Teddy tells the guys, who point out that Larry owns his material, Teddy doesn’t. They point out that if anybody is paying him to heckle Zach that person owns the jokes he makes at the stadium. Teddy leaves, but he seems concerned.

After being hounded for the entire round Damien finally responds to Dinsdale’s criticisms, he screams at him and calls him a bunch of names and says that he doesn’t even like him and just wanted his seat on the bench. Stanton and the fourth golfer, Hughes, then excuse themselves. After they leave, Dinsdale says this was what he was been waiting for and tells Damien that he’s been testing him to see if he had a spine. Dinsdale then says that’s he’s ready retire and plans to recommend Damien as his replacement.

The guys have Wiz, Zach, Mike and Teddy in their office. The guys then show a video of Teddy yelling at Wiz about making sure he can use his jokes. Mike immediately kicks Wiz off the team and tells him he's probably out of baseball then tells Zach to be ready to play in the game later that day. The guys then tell Teddy to stay away from Zach's games.

Jared arranges for Peter to get pitching lessons from Randy Johnson, a winner of five Cy Young Awards. Stanton did his power drink contract so he agreed to help Peter.

Stanton finds Damien, who is kneeling over Dinsdale’s body near some trees on the golf course. Dinsdale is unconscious, there’s blood on his head and blood on the golf club Damien is holding. Stanton asks Damien, “What did you do?” He replies, "It's not what you think."
