George Clooney is forever a bachelor. The Descendants actor and Stacey Keibler have called it quits after two years together.
According to People, Keibler called it quits noting her desire to have a family.
“Stacy called it quits. She wants to have children and a family someday. She knows where George stands on that," a source explains. "They talked and they quietly stopped being a couple several weeks ago."
The source notes that the high-profile couple plans to “remain friends” following their split. “They talk every day. They were friends before they started dating and they'll be friends after. It was a friendly [breakup]."
Clooney and Keibler have been growing apart in recent months. As Radar Online notes that last time the 52-year-old actor and 33-year-old former WWE starlet were photographed together was back in March while Clooney filmed his upcoming role in Monuments Men.
The couple were spotted celebrating the 4th of July separately. Keibler is currently prepping for her upcoming Lifetime series, Supermarket Superstar.
