The producers of Fox’s hit tv series Glee have issued a statement in response to the death of Glee star Cory Monteith.
Saturday morning, the statement was issued through both Glee’s official Twitter and Facebook pages, expressing great sadness for the loss of the actor.

Monteith played lovable football player and Glee club member Finn Hudson since Glee’s first season.
Monteith was found dead Saturday afternoon in a hotel in Vancouver, according to The Province. He was 31 years old.
