After less than two weeks together, Henry Cavill and Kaley Cuoco have decided to split.
The two went public with their relationship earlier this month when paparazzi snapped pictures of the new couple hiking together and holding hands outside of a Los Angeles supermarket. The Big Bang Theory star and the Man of Steel are said to be remaining “friends after a few dates together,” according to E! Online.
It is unclear why the short-lived yet highly-speculated romance has ended so soon, especially since US Weekly reported that the hunky Immortals star is a “massive Big Bang Theory fan” and “had always wanted to date her.” Not to mention that Cuoco had tweeted a photo of herself gazing adoringly at a Man of Steel poster and urged her 1.4 million followers to see the flick which she claimed was “fantastic in every way.”
Cavill had just ended a 10-month relationship with actress Gina Carano before dating Cuoco. And she was fresh out of a relationship with musician Bret Bolinger after having previously been engaged to addiction specialist Josh (Lazie) Resnick and having dated BBT co-star Johnny Galeck for two years before that.
