It was 1990 all over again as fans watched John Stamos rock out with “Jessie and the Rippers,” his Full House fictional band, Friday night on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
People reports that Stamos, along with former Full House costars Bob Saget and Lori Laughlin reunited in New York City and not long after Stamos took the stage to perform on live television.
"I'm so excited about our next guest," Fallon exclaimed. "They're a great band out of San Francisco. In 1992, their single 'Forever' became a number one hit in Japan. Tonight, they're reuniting for one night only on our show!”
Stamos sported his signature vest and mullet like hair cut as he sang “Forever” by the Beach Boys. The band really brought it home when they broke into the Full House theme song.
If the performance wasn’t enough, Loughlin, (who played Aunt Becky on the series), jumped on stage and kissed her ex-Full House husband.
The nostalgia began a few months ago when Stamos noted that his onscreen wife was the one who “got away.”
Louglin is married to designer Mossimo Giannulli while Stamos was previously married to Rebecca Romijn.
