Justin Bieber is being accused of spitting in a DJ’s face and may face assault charges as a result of the alleged spitting.
Contact Music reports that the DJ was accused of snapping pictures of Bieber at a club. The 19-year-old singer reportedly got upset with the DJ, as he was an underage guest at The Social Room, a Cincinnati, Ohio club.
The DJ explains that Bieber has members of his entourage search through his phone to delete the photos, but found nothing.
“He called my mom something, called my dad something, called me something ... and spit in my face,” the DJ explained to TMZ.
The unidentified DJ states that he has already been tested for Hepatitis and plans on filing charges against him.
A rep for Bieber has not commented on the situation, but a source tells TMZ,''Everything's been going really well on the tour and it's just really sad that someone would copycat others' baseless claims just to try and get attention for themselves.''
This incident follows a fine Chicago nightclub Bodi received after Bieber was listed as an underage guest at their club.
