The sweet-faced, mop-banged Justin Bieber of yore is long gone.

A 45-second video of the pop star peeing into a restaurant mop-bucket emerged on TMZ this week, at the end of which he can be seen spraying blue cleaner fluid on a picture of former president Bill Clinton while saying “f—k Bill Clinton.”

While the reason for the tirade remains unknown, Bieber called to make amends with the former president and later tweeted about it Wednesday night. "@billclinton thanks for taking the time to talk Mr. President. Your words meant alot. #greatguy" he said, according to CBS News. The tweet has since been deleted.

The incident reportedly happened in New York City earlier this year while Bieber and his entourage were exiting a nightclub through its kitchen.

The 66-year-old former president appears to have accepted the star’s apology, saying something like “If that is the worst thing you have ever done, all is well,” a source told E! News. Bieber made the apology sweeter by offering to help out with Clinton’s Global Initiative.
