Kanye West will not face charges after getting into a physical altercation with a paparazzo at LAX airport.
The surprising attack occurred last week after the Yeezus rapper got fed up with photogs snapping his picture. After a brief exchange of words, with West noting that the paparazzo was trying to instigate something for momentary compensation, West lunged at the photog and began hitting him. The ambulance was called to the scene.
According to TMZ ,the photographer claimed that West tried to rob him by taking the camera, but there is no actual evidence that the new father tried to take the video equipment. The cops are expected to send the claims into the D.A. and it is expected to be dismissed within a few days.
As for the battery claims, West is expected to pay off the photog to make sure the case never sees a court room by making a civil compromise.
This was the second incident in a month that West lashed out a paparazzo.
