Fashion Police cohost Kelly Osbourne is engaged to Matthew Mosshart.
According to People, the British beauty shared the news of her engagement to Mosshart with Hello Magazine.
“We were on a balcony that overlooks the ocean. It was just beautiful. She said yes! And then she smiled for the rest of the night!" Mossart revealed of the proposal.
During their interview, Mossart and Osbourne did not hold back their feelings for one another. Mossart gushed about his bride-to-be saying, "I knew she was 'The One' pretty early on." Osbourne adds, "I've never felt this close to another human being, ever. People say we're co-dependent but we just want to be together all the time."
Osbourne, daughter of rockstar Ozzy and The Talk cohost Sharron, explains that she would love nothing more than to have her mother plan her wedding in the home she grew up in.
Osbourne hopes to wed Mossart with her young niece as ring bearer and her two best friends by her side.
"We’re thinking, 'Let’s just have my mum plan it and we'll just show up.' She‘s the best at that kind of stuff."
As for her new sparkler, Osbourne explains that she also wanted a ring to look like her father’s earring. “I designed it to look like an earring that my father wore. I used to hold my finger up to his ear when I was little and say, 'I want a ring like that.' Now I have one!"
