Kelly Osbourne is officially engaged to Matthew Mosshart. The daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne made the announcement to Hello magazine.
Mosshart popped the question to the Fashion Police star while they were on vacation on the Caribbean island of Anguilla.
Osbourne revealed to Hello! she designed her engagement ring, and it holds particular sentimental value to her. “I designed it to look like an earring that my father wore,” she said. “I used to hold my finger up to his ear when I was little and say, ‘I want a ring like that.’ Now I have one!”
Revealing how close they are, Osbourne said of her relationship with her fiancé “I've never felt this close to another human being, ever. People say we're co-dependent but we just want to be together all the time.”
According to The Daily Mail, Mosshart moved from New York to Los Angeles to be with Osbourne, which she calls “the biggest sacrifice anyone's ever made for me.”
It seems like it was a no-brainer for Mosshart, who said he knew “she was The One pretty early on.” He also said of the proposal, “We were on a balcony that overlooks the ocean. It was just beautiful. She said yes! And then she smiled for the rest of the night!"
It was rumored the couple got engaged in January. They've been dating since 2011.
