After an eventful Comic-Con panel, Kristen Bauer van Straten, who plays Pam on HBO’s True Blood, relaxed in the Bahamas with husband Abri van Straten.
The couple checked into Sandals Emerald Bay in Great Exuma, Bahamas on Tuesday, July 23. They were dressed head to toe in white attire and were spotted roaming the beach holding hands, sitting cozy on a sailboat, and riding in an orange-wheeled water tricycle.
Bauer van Straten and her husband are also activists in preserving African wildlife. Her husband is of South African descent, so the issues of elephant and rhino poaching hits very close to home. The couple has traveled to Africa with a camera crew, and put together footage to make a documentary, Out for Africa.
The actress is next heading over to Boston to take part in the Boston Comic-Con panel taking place on August 3 and 4. Bauer van Straten will be appearing both days of the event, and will be signing autographs for $40. Other celebrity guests include Laurie Holden from The Walking Dead, Aidan Turner and Dean O’Gorman from The Hobbit, and voice actor Billy West.
