Kristin Chenoweth poked fun at the Anthony Weiner sexting scandal on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Tuesday night. She sang a tribute to the disgraced politician called “Popular.”

The Tony award-winning singer sang a parody of the Broadway song “Popular” from Wicked, tweaking the lyrics to make light of the scandal.

“You will be popular, the right kind of popular," she sang, E! Online reports. "I'll teach you to zip your fly / You won't be that guy with a camera down his pants."

She continued, "I'll teach you what tweets to tweet, something clean and sweet. Become a monk, though they've seen your junk / Now you'll play a different show. So let's start 'cause you've got an awfully long way to go /Long? Well…"

Before her appearance, Chenoweth took to Twitter to warn him about the song.

“#weiner I have a song of advice for you.....watch the #TonightShow @jayleno TONIGHT,” she wrote.

She even thanked Stephen Schwartz, the Wicked composer, for giving his blessing for Chenoweth to do the parody.
