Lil Twist was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence Thursday, and now it has been reported that the longtime pal of Justin Bieber was under the influence of marijuana and had a lit joint in the vehicle at the time of his arrest.
Twist was driving Bieber’s luxury sports vehicle at the time of his arrest, The Associated Press reports. Twist, whose real name is Christopher Moore, was arrested for driving 60-70 miles per hour going into Bieber’s gated community, the speed limit there is 30mph.
Moore was driving Bieber’s 2012 Fisker Karma at the time of his arrest.
DUI law enforcement tell TMZ that officers found a lit joint in the vehicle at the time of his arrest, confirming that the 20-year-old was under the influence.
Moore was booked and released eight hours later. The AP reports that Moore’s bail was set at $5,000.
Bieber has not addressed the arrest of his controversial pal.
