Lindsay Lohan has given up the battle of trying to get her prescribed Adderall in rehab after learning she was misdiagnosed.
Lohan first started asking for her adderall, a drug used to treat ADHD, at the rehab facility Betty Ford where she threatened to quit rehab if she wasn’t allowed access, according to TMZ. Lohan was moved to another facility where is currently receiving court-ordered treatment due to a reckless driving case in Los Angeles last year. However, her new doctors have informed Lohan that she was misdiagnosed and does not require the drug.
According to Daily Mail, Lohan was diagnosed at a young age with the attention disorder. With revaluation, it’s been revealed that Lohan no longer suffers from ADHD, therefore does not need the drug.
Adderall is a highly abused drug and is used by many young stars as an appetite suppressant. Lohan is celebrating her 27th birthday today, July 2. This is Lohan’s sixth stint in rehab. Lohan is set to be released from rehab sometime in July.
