Lindsay Lohan is not going to waste time getting out of California the moment her court-mandated rehab stint in California is over. She’s reportedly planning on moving back to New York.

The troubled actress should be leaving the Cliffside rehab facility in Los Angeles early next month and sources for TMZ say that she is determined to head back to New York City after she is out. Sources for Perez Hilton also said that Lohan is planning a move to back to NYC.

It looks like Lohan is spending her last weeks in rehab thinking about the future and how to keep herself busy. The first order of business will be working with Oprah Winfrey. as we reported over the weekend, Lohan is going to talk with Winfrey in a special that will air in August on OWN. She will also take part in an eight-part mini-series that will focus on her recovery and will air in 2014.

Lohan’s mother, Dina, recently spoke about the positive influence Winfrey has been on her daughter.

“Oh, it's fantastic. If anyone is going to help mentor you, it's going to be Oprah,” she told E! News. When asked if she’ll be in the series, Dina said, “Possibly! It's about family…and I'm family.”

However, Dina did debunk rumors that Lohan would live with her. “She’ll be getting an apartment in New York,” Dina told E!. “She'll be in New York. It's great because [sister Ali] is in New York with Wilhelmina models. [Son] Michael is in New York. My other little guy [son Dakota] is 17 and he's still at home and going to St. Anthony's. The rest may come home to mom, but they don't want to live with me.”
