Just like the title of the episode, this episode of Love and Hip Hip: Atlanta was definitely up in flames!
In the beginning of the episode, Rasheeda visits Mimi’s apartment to vent to her about what happened with her and Kirk and she is driven to tears. Mimi hugs her and tells her that she did not do anything wrong. Later in the episode, Kirk visits Mimi and tells her his side about his situation with Rasheeda. Mimi tells Kirk that he should talk to Rasheeda and make things work with her.
Mamma Dee and Scrappy talk about the fact that he has failed a drug test and tested positive for marijuana. Mamma Dee tells her side of the story about the ring fiasco from last week (*Sigh* again with this ring). She all tells her to leave these “farm animals” alone, referring to Erica. Scrappy meets with his lawyer to discuss going to rehab for his addiction to marijuana. He goes to a psychologist and says that he is addicted to marijuana because he depends on it to keep him calm from stress. He has the option to go to rehab, and he might take that option. Later, Scrappy meets with another psychologist about his life and why he abuses marijuana. The psychologist told him that he must choose marijuana or his daughter Emani. Scrappy has an epiphany.
While meeting for lunch, Traci tells DeShawn and Drew’s jealous ways. Drew walks into the restaurant and questions DeShawn about his intentions with Traci and any criminal past that he may have. DeShawn says that he does not have a criminal past, but Drew pulls up DeShawn mug shot and criminal regard. Traci is rightfully upset and DeShawn becomes very defensive. DeShawn then tells Traci that the record came from an incident in 2006. With zero tolerance for liars, Traci tells him that she cannot trust him and that they should go their separate ways. Drew visits Traci and they talk about her trust issues. Drew confesses to cheating on Traci while she was pregnant with their child and he apologizes for it. He also tells Traci that she should let go of her past and move on to better things.
K Michelle, Mimi, and Ariane talk about Ariane’s bad audition, and Ariane says that she will keep striving for her goals. Ariane then confesses that she will want to sleep with a woman (Not surprised). K Michelle also confesses to liking women on special occasions.

Stevie’s father tells Joseline that she should give Stevie a little push if she really wants to spend the rest of her life with him. Tired of waiting for Stevie to make the first move, Joseline later goes to a jewelry store and purchases a customized ring for Stevie.
Joseline meets with K Michelle to discuss her relationship with Stevie J. K seems skeptical about their relationship considering what has happened to Mimi, but as a friend, she encourages Joseline to follow her heart and be careful. k then tells Joseline that Karlie Redd (a.k.a. “Auntie Karlie”) is having a showcase and suggest that both of them should go. K Michelle and Joseline later arrive at Karlie’s showcase for her performance of her song with Beanie Man. During Karlie’s performance, shade was thrown, and Joseline says that is Karlie was 20 years younger than her performance would have been better. After the performance, Joseline and Karlie have a slight verbal altercation until K breaks them up.
At the end of the episode, Rasheeda’s mother visits Rasheeda. Rasheeda tells her mother about what happened and that she is considering finding a lawyer. Rasheeda’s mother is very upset. While Kirk and Rasheeda are outside, guess who comes home riding on his motorcycle: Kirk! Kirk says that he wants to patch things up with his wife. Rasheeda’s mother proceeds to run over Kirk’s motorcycle until it ended up in flames. Wow!
Until next week, see you next time!
