Talk about awkward.
Selena Gomez recently opened up about her on-again-off-again relationship with Justin Bieber during an E! Network interview with Ryan Seacrest. However, that doesn’t mean that the starlet will open up to just anyone.
On Monday, which was also Gomez’s 21st birthday, the “Come and Get It” star did a satellite interview to promote her Stars Dance Tour. During an interview>/a> with WGN-TV’s Dean Richards, Gomez was questioned about Justin Bieber’s recent bad behavior.
“"Is there something about him that we don't get or we don't understand?” Richards asked the starlet. “I mean, there is one story after another of, you know, pretty outrageous behavior that we're reading about.”
Once Bieber was brought up you could see Gomez immediately become awkward, looking down uncomfortably before smiling at someone off camera. That’s right about when the connection got cut off, preventing Gomez from answering the question and any further questions Richards may have had for her.
Selena Gomez’s Stars Can Dance Tour kicks off this October and is scheduled to run through November.
