Selena Gomez put on a mini-concert for Good Morning America on Friday morning at Central Park’s Rumsey Playfield in New York City. She performed four of her hit singles and even talked about Justin Bieber.

The now 21-year-old performed “Come and Get it,” “Slow Down,” “Birthday,” and “Love You Like a Love Song” in a black crop top and black pants. While there, she was asked how she keeps it civil with ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber.

“That’s because he and have had such a history together. I’ll always care about him and protect him if anyone tries to be mean,” she said, Just Jared reports.

Also during her appearance, she was presented with a birthday cake and told the hosts that anytime she isn’t working, she spends it “sleeping or dancing,” Idolator reports.

Earlier this week, Gomez told MTV about her friendship with Taylor Swift, talking about a picture the “22” singer tweeted on Gomez’s birthday.

"It’s actually at her house in Rhode Island. We were in Rhode Island. I ran away for like a weekend, just to go be with her. And we were doing poses and just dancing all around her house, her beautiful, big property,” she said. “And it was just amazing. It was so much fun. I love Taylor. She’s the best.”
