Sherri Shepherd isn’t happy with Elisabeth Hasselbeck leaving The View, and she was especially upset she wasn’t there for her announcement on Wednesday that she would be leaving the show for Fox & Friends.
Shepherd arrived at LAX after shooting a film with Chris Rock and she told TMZ she was “really depressed” about not being there.
In regards to a possible replacement for Hasselbeck being Jenny McCarthy, Shepherd said she would definitely “cause some stuff,” but says, "I've been with Elisabeth for almost eight years ..."
Judging by the way she responded to McCarthy, she said she was “fearless” and “amazing” and she’s “excited about her,” it seems she is definitely in the final stages of negotiations to replace Hasselbeck.
Joy Behar also announced she would be leaving after this season, and Barbara Walters of course announced her retirement. All that’s left is Shepherd and Whoopi Goldberg.
