A shirtless photo of Prince Harry is being used to promote a gay bar in London called Manbar. The picture is clearly photoshopped, and has the royal promoting pride weekend festivities as well as drink specials.
Artist Mike Bliss made up the poster, and it’s inspired by a 2008 rugby game Prince Harry participated in in Afghanistan.
E! Online notes the prince, who is about to become an uncle, is still going strong with girlfriend Cressida Bonas. They were seen at the Glastonbury music festival last week.
Prince Harry made headlines when he showed his bravery among his fellow soldiers when he defended a gay colleague from a homophobic attack in September 2008.
A fellow solider wrote in his memoir, “I told him, ‘I think I’m going to be murdered by the infantry.’ I climbed into the turret and talked Harry through exactly what had happened. He had a complete look of bewilderment on his face. Harry replied, “Right I’m going to sort this s*** out once and for all.”
