A teenage boy thought it would be fun to send out a tweet referencing Pink’s “Timebomb” song during her show at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, Australia, but instead he was arrested.

According to Australia’s The Age, the 16-year-old tweeted, “@Pink I'm ready with my Bomb. Time to blow up #RodLaverArena. B***ch.” Within minutes, a staffer found him in the crowd of 12,000 and showed him his Twitter profile picture.

“They just came up to me and showed a photo and said ‘is this you?’” the boy told Seven Network. “I said yeah, because it was my face, and suddenly they just turned me around and grabbed my hands and forced me out the back.”

He said that it was only an innocent reference to the song on Pink’s new album, The Truth About Love. “It was meant to be about drop the effects, the music, everything - just drop it all.”

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the boy, whose tweet has since been deleted, was arrested and later released by police. Still, he’ll be charged with being a public nuisance at the arena’s insistence.

Pink is extremely popular in Australia and her current tour of the country is setting records. Billboard reported in May that she has 18 shows scheduled for Melbourne, breaking the record for most shows by an artist at the venue. She’s breaking her own record, which she set in 2009 when she performed there 17 times. Her current Australian tour includes 46 dates in total.
