The Wanted Family – girlfriends included this time – travel on an exotic vacation to the Bahamas for a big performance and for the celebration of Nathan’s birthday.

The episode kicks off with Jay, indeed the palest member of the group, getting a spray tan to fit in with the Bahamas look. The group jet sets off to the Atlantis Hotel in the Bahamas, where paradise awaits them.

It’s Nathan’s birthday, but unfortunately, he still cannot sing. His friends prepare a nice birthday gesture for him – baking a bikini cake in which he goes ahead and sticks his face in amongst loud cheers. After kissing a girl, he says he feels inadequate and frustrated about his voice. Siva, who felt neglected in last week’s episode claiming he did not receive enough attention in the band’s music video, says he is more than willing to step up. But in a very energetic performance of breakout single “Glad You Came” Nathan lip sync’s his part and tries to appear just as enthusiastic. He just didn’t want to disappoint his fans!

The next day, Max gets a call from the screenwriter of the film he tried out for informing him that he got the lead role in the film. Max says he’s a little nervous about telling the boys but he’s really excited that he landed the part.

Nathan phones his doctor from the hotel room about how he feels his condition worsened. The doctor was extremely concerned as he filled Nathan in on how his nodule was very unique. He was ordered to leave the Bahamas and come back to the States immediately for surgery. Nathan worries the operation will go wrong and his career will be ruined.

The other band members worry at the urgency of Nathan’s situation, and give him a group hug before he departs.

Tune in for the season finale of The Wanted Life next Sunday at 10pm when the boys perform in their hometown of London for the first time without Nathan.
