On Sunday night, moments before AMC aired the next episode of Breaking Bad’s final season, star Aaron Paul suddenly asked his followers for their phone number. He said he’d call up the first 10 people who replied and they could ask him anything. Sure enough, the Emmy winner followed through and fans were shocked.

In the tweet, he wrote, “Happy Breaking Bad day bitches! What's your number? Calling the first 10 people to answer questions. Ask me anything.” Some followers were a little wary about the idea, including one person who wrote, “(not putting my phone number on twitter cause there is CRAZY people in the world. Truly.)”

But a few other fans couldn’t resist and, notes ABC News, they obviously took to Twitter after the call to brag about it.

Violet Bowman spoke with E! News about the call and said that when she picked up the phone he said, “Yo, it's Aaron Paul.” At first she didn’t believe it and he replied, “Why else would I call on a blocked number?"

She said that he also told her, “You like the show more than I do! The new episode is on in two minutes. I hope you enjoy it, love you!”

“He asked me how my day was...and I asked him how his day was,” AJ Costilla told E!. Costilla asked him what else he was up to and Paul went into epic detail (“This poop's getting a little messier than I thought, I got to go”). He told Costilla “Make sure you watch tonight” before hanging up.

Today, Paul again addressed his fans on Twitter, thanking them for chatting with him.
