Rapper 50 Cent pleaded not guilty to domestic battery charges today in court.

50, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, was charged with domestic abuse after he allegedly attacked Daphne Joy, his ex and mother to his second child, in her condo back in June.

Joy alleged that the rapper kicked her and destroyed things in her home before fleeing the scene. Joy called the police immediately and hid in the bathroom. At the time he was charged on 5 counts; one count of misdemeanor domestic violence and four counts of misdemeanor vandalism.

According to TMZ, despite Jackson’s plea of not guilty, he is still ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from his ex and surrender all of his guns.

Upon exiting the court room, TMZ videoed Jackson being hit with a load of legal documents which are reportedly linked to the case.
The “In da Club” rapper is expected back in court next month.
