This episode of Big Brother picked up where Wednesday’s episode left of with the conclusion of the Veto Meeting. Spencer chose to use the Power of Veto (POV) on himself. This left Amanda, Candice, and Howard to be nominated for eviction.
Later, Howard is trying to remain optimistic while Candice is still upset. Meanwhile,Spencer is trying to get five votes for Howard to stay and Amanda to leave. He even promises Candice that he has her back. Being the floater that he is, Judd tells Amanda that he formed a fake alliance with Spencer, Judd, and Howard because they want Amanda out of the house. She later confronts Spencer, and Spencer lies to her by telling her that he wants Candice out of the house instead. Helen goes to Candice and tells her that Spencer is aiming for her. As a result, Candice calls a house meeting in order to confront Spencer. This and Candice’s blow up causes Spencer to change his mind and aim for Candice to go home. Jessie, GinaMarie, and Aaryn now sees Candice as a threat and want her gone.
Julie Chen congratulates the house guest for being in the house for 42 days. She also plays a current events quiz with the house guests. helen, Elissa, and Amanda suspects that Judd may be the BB MVP. We go to Judd’s hometown in Englewood, Tennessee and everyone in his town is very supportive of him .
Time for the Live Voting/Eviction Ceremony. Each nominee gave a speech in an attempt to sway the votes. Aaryn was only allowed to vote in the event of a tie. The results included the following: Amanda with zero votes, Candice with one vote, and unfortunately Howard with seven votes. With the most votes, Howard was evicted from the Big Brother house (BOOOO). Howard walked out of the house with the loudest applause ever. He believed that everyone saw him as a threat because of Helen, Amanda, McCrae. He also said that there is a real friendship between him and Candice. After finding out that America nominated Amanda, Howard thanked them. He also said that dealing with blatant racism in the house was very difficult.
Time for the Head of Household (HOH) Competition! The competition was called “Bull on a Barrel,” the object of the game was to stay on a moving barrel without falling and breaking their glass.
