Bravo star Kim Zolciak is pregnant for the fifth time, the third with husband Kroy Biermann, but this time she’s having twins.
The Don’t Be Tardy star, 35, has daughters Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12, from previous relationships and sons KJ, 2, and Kash, 12 months, with the Atlanta Falcons star, 25.
A source confirmed to Us Weekly that she’s expecting two bundle of joys.
"Kim is having a lot of anxiety about her pregnancy, she's completely changed her ways," said the source. "She's reached out to some nutritionists and other specialists about staying healthy as of recent."
But she confirmed the news herself to E! News, saying, "I'm having twins and I couldn't be more excited. I was completely shocked. I had no idea. It was a natural conception, but twins do run in the family, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised.”
She added, "I can't believe I am going to be a mom to six children. It's going to be very busy but it's a dream come true.”
Last month, Zolciak shared her baby bump with her fans on Twitter, writing, “You asked for it ...here is my baby bump this morning!!”
