Despite reports that Teresa and Joe Giudice’s future with Bravo’s Real Housewives of New Jersey could be compromised due to their mounting legal troubles, sources say that the network is starting to film Season 6 early so they can get as much in as they can.

The Giudices headed to court in New Jersey yesterday to enter their not guilty pleas, and Bravo is filming as much footage as they can get.

The Hollywood Gossip reports they have already filmed the Giudices’ whereabouts in the midst of their legal woes in the Hamptos, during a trip to Florida for an appearance and more.

Teresa and Joe, parents to four girls, face up to 50 years in jail for 39 criminal counts. Their next court date is Oct. 8, when their case goes to trial.

Bravo insiders say if Teresa is sentenced to house arrest, their cameras will be there every step of the way. These new reports contradict earlier reports that said Teresa wanted to film a spin-off but“They are not interested,” adding, “Bravo only spins off happy situations — marriages, baby news. Not prison.”
