In an episode of ups and downs, Jesse looks like he is on his way to "disappearing" and Walt has got Hank off his back. "Confessions" not only has the wow factor but it has the pieces of the puzzle that are putting the puzzle together.

The beginning starts off with Todd and his uncle talking about the train heist. After the conversation wraps up they walk outside to their truck, where the methylamine is on a trailer. The three end up driving across the border of New Mexico. The conversation had to do with Todd having is own lab and cooking meth. This could leave a lot of options to later episodes to what could happen.

With no more mention of Todd and his uncles in this episode, the show shifts back to the jail cell where Hank is talking to Jesse. Hank tries to get Jesse to rat out Walt and tells him he knows that Walt is Heisenberg. Jesse keeps his cool and his mouth shout. Saul barges in and makes Hank leave.

Walt finally lets Walt Jr. in on that he has the cancer back and tells him to be positive. Letting Walt Jr. know keeps him on Walts side and him worried about his dad. Walt then videotapes himself confessing what he has down. What Walt really does is blame Hank for the drug empire and blames him for everything.

Walt and Skylar meet with Hank and Marie and tell them that he is not confessing and that the kids are safe with them. It was a very tense and awkward situation. The waiter even realizes the situation and walks away. As Walt is leaving, he hands them the tape.

The tape is a huge turning point in the show. It keeps Hank off of Walts back and keeps Walt one step ahead. Hank also finds out the Walt has paid all his medical bills and he is linked to the drug empire. With Hank being linked to the drug money, there is know way he can go to the cops.

After a unpleasant conversation with relatives, Walt turns to Jesse for some affection. Walt meets Jesse and Saul in the desert to see what Jesse said to Hank. Walt ends up talking Jesse into leaving everything behind and get out when he can. The two embrace each other with a hug and Walt is getting what he wants. Jesse out of the picture.

Jesse takes Walts advice and lets Saul hook him up with his guy to make him "disappear." As Jesse is waiting to get picked up, he realizes that is cigarette with ricin in it is gone. This sets Jesse off.

Jesse barges in Sauls office and roughs him up. After that, Jesse steals Sauls car and takes it to Walts house, where he douses the inside with gasoline.

With Hank backing off, Walt know has Jesse melting down and realizing that Walt had tricked him.

This episode tells us a lot; Walt isnt trying to help Jesse but tricking him, Walt knew what he was doing when he was paying for Hanks bills with drug money, and Walt and Skylar are on the same page.

The bits and pieces of Todd in each episode is leading up to something huge, but we will just have to wait for the next episode.
