Here’s our daily wrap for Tuesday August 13th:

Soulja Boy was removed from an American Airlines flight when he refused to take his seat. The rapper was walking up and down the aisles when the flight attendant announced over the intercom for everyone to take their seat. Soulja Boy was asked again by the staff to return to his seat and was then kicked off when he refused. Soulja Boy has since apologized for the “inconvenience caused to the passengers and employees of the airline.”

Songs for a Healthier America is set to release September 30th. The album is backed by Michelle Obama, The Partnership for a Healthier America and Hip Hop Public Health. The album will feature 19 tracks that spread the message of healthy eating and staying active. Some artists that have been enlisted to work on the album include Jordin Sparks, Doug E. Fresh, Dr. Oz and Ashanti.

A Georgia man fell 65 feet at Turner Field during an Atlanta Braves game. Ronald Homer, 29, fell just before 9p.m., not long after the game started, into a parking lot. Police are not sure whether or not alcohol was a factor and an autopsy has been scheduled.

Jenelle Evans of Teen Mom 2 is back in jail. The 21-year-old was arrested for heroin possession and assault back in April and went to court Monday. She received 18 months probation with no jail time but then the judge had her drug tested. The drug test came back positive and she was sent to jail for 48 hours. Evans will be released at 9:30a.m. August 14th.
