Usher’s ex-wife is seeking custody of their son after Monday’s accident that sent the five year old to the hospital. Usher Raymond V dove into the water to retrieve a toy but could not surface when his hand got stuck in the pool drain. His mother, Tameka Foster, is citing a dangerous environment and is asking for custody be taken away from Usher.

Dustin Hoffman has been successfully treated of cancer. Thanks to early detection and surgery, Hoffman is back to feeling healthy. He will continue to visit doctors to ensure a clean bill of health and a cancer free lifestyle.

Paul Marquez of Staten Island was arrested after trying to sell a two month old infant on Craigslist. The 23-year-old listed the child in the baby and kids section on Craigslist for $100. The mother reported it to the police after receiving a phone call from someone who saw the ad. Marquez has pleaded not guilty on charges of misdemeanors of harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.

Loki fans will be disappointed in 2015 because Tom Hiddleston has confirmed Loki will not play a part in The Avengers sequel. Hiddleston feels Loki contributed all he could to the first movie and that they’d “only be trying to repeat ourselves, and probably less well in the second one.” But fans can still see Loki in the upcoming Thor movie set to release in November.
