GAIN Fitness's Cross Trainer lets you keep track of your workout, has routines for anyone from basketball players to devoted yogis, with audio instructions and motivation! Couch-to-5K, $1.99, available on iOS and Android, allows you to pick from one of five motivating coaches who offer audio guides throughout your workouts. It's easy to track, log and share within the app.

"I want to build the best way for people to get and stay fit," said Runkeeper's founder and CEO, Jason Jacobs, who first conceived of Runkeeper in 2007 while training for the Chicago marathon, according to ABCNews.
Jacobs says the device is very easy to use.
"I'd like to harness the aggregate data of its users and offer them more personalized plans, which, in turn, would get them better results," said Jacobs.
