Jana Kramer and Brantley Gilbert have broken off their engagement.
A source close to the couple told People that, due to their crazy schedules and with them touring all the time, Jana has decided to call off their engagement just seven months after accepting his proposal. This would have been Jana’s third husband, her first two being Michael Gambino (2004) and Johnathon Schaech, whom she was only married to for a month in 2010.
According to Us Weekly, fellow country-star Miranda Lambert offered Jana advice on how to make a relationship with another rockstar work.
“’Make the days that you have together just your days...Like, don't do any work,’" Jana quoted and then went on to say, “Oh wait, we started that; we just didn't actually commit to it.”
There has been no mention as to whether or not this means that the couple is officially over or if their engagement is temporarily on hold, but recently Jana Tweeted
“#honesttweet I had a really shitty day but DES MOINE IOWA just really made me believe! Thanks for making my night and makin me smile!”
