Troubled Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has landed herself back in jail after failing a drug test. She was tested for marijuana on Monday and booked that same day, smiling in her mug shot.
Evans was given 18 months unsupervised probation following an April incident involving her estranged husband, Courtland Rogers. They were both arrested on domestic violence charges and being in possession of heroin.
Her attorney, Dustin Sullivan, confirmed to RadarOnline that Evans, 21, failed the random drug test and will spend 48 hours behind bars for violating her probation.
“Jenelle pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and all the other charges were dismissed,” he said, adding, “The judge gave her 48 hours in jail for testing positive.”
Rogers, 27, was apparently there but didn’t see her face a judge. He tweeted on Monday, "I had to leave before I hear them tell her. I know she will walk out of there for a fact with a smile on her face. I left it was to much anxiety man my whole body was shaking I'm sorry I couldn't wait it out but I know she is not going to jail 4 a fact."
