Hip-hop star Kanye West will not face any felony charges for his brief scuffle with a paparazzi last month. Prosecutors in the case confirmed the news on Friday.

USA Today reports that the Los Angeles County district attorney's office chose not to prosecute West for felony charges due to the minimal amount of damage that seemed to occur in the fight.

Videos surfaced last month of West trying to seize a paparazzi's camera. It all went down at the Los Angeles airport. According to prosecutors in the case, the paparazzi didn't have a significant injury, his camera wasn't stolen and it was unclear if the camera was actually damaged. Also, no weapon was used and West has no previous felony record so there was no grounds to charge him in the case.

Despite dodging felonies charges, Billboard reports that West still could face other charges for that paparazzi showdown. The case will go to the city attorney, which could mean possible misdemeanor charges if they choose to prosecute West.

West recently had a baby, North West, with girlfriend Kim Kardashian. His latest album, Yeezus, was released in June and peaked at no. 1 on Billboard.
