Kelly Ripa can still fit into the dress she wore to marry Mark Consuelos back in 1996 in Las Vegas.

Ripa says she still sometimes wears the dress, according to YourTango. The host of LIVE with Kelly and Michael has advice for other women who are planning on getting married in Sin City too. "[Wear] a dress that is timeless, because you're not going to have the most elegant backdrop for your wedding photos. At least in our wedding chapel, it was just sort of a curtain," she says. "And so I have this dress that I still wear to this day. It's a simple A-Line, spaghetti strap dress that is timeless."

Ripa, married for 17 years now, also has advice for newlyweds on how to handle arguments, reports Life & Style Weekly. "Don't get divorced after your first argument! I have a lot of friends that have one fight and that's it, they get divorced. I go, 'Wait a minute! Oh my gosh, you guys! Calm down! You'll forget in three days what you were fighting about. I promise.' So just let it marinate a little bit--that's my best love advice," she says.

The advice seems to be working well for her and her actor husband, as she says that she is still smitten with him. "At the end of the day, I dig him," the daytime talk show host says. "He does it for me. He floats my boat!"

Ripa and Consuelos are both now 42. They have three kids named Michael, Lola, and Joaquin.
